I have no idea what a 'body con' skirt is, sorry. I would guess the size to be about a 12/14? I don't try before I buy and didn't like how it fit me.

These are meant to be form fitting skirts sometimes worn up above the hips, I would say yes that its a ' body con' style skirt. They are apparently all the rage right now haha. Very cute Watching and hopefully bidding!
