BASIC CHICKEN STOCK from scratch. This is the base for many soups. Never use bland watery chicken broth again! Leave out the chicken bones and make it vegetable stock if you wish.

I have been a chef for over 25 years in California and am a graduate of culinary school. I have recipes for my own seasonal soup recipes that I actually made in large volume and served in restaurants! Some I demonstrated on TV or were published in the food section of the Sacramento Bee.
