any piling (lil balls) on the fabric from being washed or worn? flaws of any kind?

I examined it and no I never washed it my sister wanted son to wear it so bad she took the tags out and had him take a picture in it and took it right off that's the only time he wire it the shirt is made With a distressed lettering look
