The listing, 18" Straight Silky Yaki Texture Dark Brown 4 Half Wig or Integration Unit has ended.

This auction is for an unbranded synthetic integration unit or half wig. The unit is not marked with a brand name, or color, but it seems to be approximately a color 4 (Darkest Brown) and the texture of the wig is very similar to silky yaki, and looks very natural on the head. The hair fiber has great shine and movement. The wig length is approximately 17 or 18 inches long and is not layered.

Typically half wigs are placed just behind the natural hairline, and the hair is blended in with the unit to create a seamless look. This wig has two combs, one at the nape, and one at the crown, to secure the piece. The construction is typical open weft cap and the cap is in excellent condition.

This wig has been professionally cleaned and restored and has not been worn since that time.

Not human hair, it is synthetic. To save my poor fingers, I'm going to cut and paste a response from another of my auctions answering about dying. :-)

As for being dyed, there are products on the Internet that claim to be safe and effective, but we have never used them ourselves, so we can't vouch for their safety, or effectiveness. I wish I could be more help with that issue, but I could never vouch for a product's ability without personal experience with it.

An Internet search will provide you with plenty of topics discussing this, and also a few websites that specialize in the procedure.

The brand tag is no longer in the cap, so I wouldn't be able to guess. This particular wig has a sturdy fiber that moves well, and a well constructed cap. It is not one of the $25 cheapo accessories. That's about the best I can tell you. I hope that helps in some way. Thanks for asking!
