A lot of the cards in these lots are in plastic sleeves. They were scanned with the sleeves on so it looks like ripples are on some of the postcards. They are generally in good to excellent condition. They are vintage or antique.Most of the postcards that are not in sleeves are used and vintage or antique. They may have wrinkles or some stains. Some edges may be soft.
The mail is running real slow. It is taking up to 2 weeks for first-class mail.
