I have a question, does it also print the shipping labels? If not, then what do you need? I was just looking at 1 in the post office yesterday that they sell, but theirs doesn't print the labels out. So, that kinda makes it obsolete for me then lol

This one, just like the most other scales doesn't print any labels but you need it in order to print your labels /you need to know their exact weight/. To have the system ready and running you also need a printer, any kind of working printer, connected to your computer. :)

Of course, there are systems like Pitney Bowes /not quite sure about the spelling though LOL / that have integrated printers, scales etc. but they cost A LOT, so if you're not a professional with thousands of sales a month, a scale like this and a printer could do a great job. :)

I thought so to, but it wouldnt hook to both our laptops either. It said the same thing. I had a friend come over that works on computers and even he couldn't figure it out and i think he did do that :/

HAHA...I actually don't know if its my printer or computer. It might not be broke, I had gotten a nasty virus and had it removed n fixed, but ever since then my printer won't work. I tried deleting it and re-installing it all over again n everything....won't work. Says something about missing spools? Someone told me the virus may have ruined the printer or the files for the printer or something...idk? I'm not a computer whiz lol. It's older, but did the job I needed it for. I think it still works fine, and the virus just did a number on the files or something...but if I get a new wireless 1 I can hook my laptop in to it. This 1 isn't compatible with my laptop :(

Why don't you just check your printer manufacturer's site and find the drivers or the software for it and try to fix it this way? The virus can't ruin the printer itself.
