No scratches, in fact I just played this game last week. I don't want it, because I'm not interested in the Mercenaries series and I have over 30 games. I'm trying to get rid of a few.

Does this game actually work? We've had THREE copies of this game and none of them would load in our xbox (and the xbox was brand new so was the game)
