You're bidding on the Barry Bonds card in the photo. Card has his signature on it, I am not sure if it is real or printed on the card so you must be the judge on it.
Back of the card says:

"limited edition you can only get from me (barry bonds) in person...." so the card came directly from barry bonds, extremely rare as you can only get them from Barry!

I am not sure, I can't tell. The back of the card says it is only available through Barry Bonds and I know I saw a video of him giving them to kids on his website.
