He was a great fielder, a fine batter and one of the leading base runners.He played 8 years with the Giants and then played with the Cardinals. Frisch took part in seven world series.
He was born in New York City, on September 9, 1898. He was 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighed 165 lbs. He batted right-handed and left-handed, but threw right-handed. He was one of the greats to be remembered.
