If your looking for a tracking number then you can pay via paypal. This next part is for the monitors and flagers it came right from the rules page: "You may only charge for:

As for outside USA countries. Please send me a question w/in the link. I will sometimes do Canada and international but it depends and 99% of the time its not for free.

So what if Listia will not accept my address? Cant i just send you an email with my address? My husband and my father in law have an account on Listia as well and they use the same address. Im not sure if that would have anything to do with it but no matter how many different ways i put in my shipping address it will not take it.....I have already bid on this item and im sorry i didnt see there at the botttom of your description about a verified address....Sorry i wont bid on this anymore if i get outbid.....but if my bid now stays i hope that you can still send it out to me :) Thanks.....Nicole Curtis

no sorry listia states one account per household b/c they are already using the address that is the one account. Its against the rules to take it via the email and sorry I follow the rules
