This product is used to lift and tighten the undereye area and the upper eye lid.

You apply the gel to the upper eye lid and brow bone area and the cream to the area under the eye twice in the morning and evening after cleansing.

I will ship to verified lista addresses only and if I do not have the verified lista address and shipping fees via paypal within 7 days of auction close I will relist and keep the credits.

I try to ship within 24 hours of receiving both the shipping fees and address (the exception of course is Sunday).
