This is the head mold for a large Santa Claus or Father Christmas...mold by Byron Molds, now out of business. Mold #530a . Auction is for head mold but extends to include the neck/shoulder plate. Has molded beard. Makes a 18-19"doll or can stand alone. Mold is in very good condition. Please Note: Molds are made of plaster of paris and are very breakable... insurance is advised.
