You do realize how crazy difficult is it separate the LCD from the touch digitizer? This is just the touch screen. There is also an LCD and I can almost guarantee that you will break your screen if you try to replace it separate from the bevel and digitizer. If you want to replace the screen yourself you should try to find a beveled front glass replacement on eBay. That is the best you can do without experience. I promise you will mess it up if you have never done it before. The bevel is the border around the front housing and it is glued to the glass digitizer. The LCD is glued to the digitizer as well. I just wanted to put that out there. If your screen is cracked it is most likely both parts anyway so you will need the LCD as well.

Did the manufacturer specify if it is for the GSM or CDMA model? The 4S is a universal model that is identical with the CDMA type.
