This auction is for 10 vine peach melon seeds. GIN gets double the amount (20 seeds).

Seeds were harvested from vine peach melons grown in my garden. No chemicals or pesticides used. This melon plant will vine up a trellis or along a fence. Produces a handful of melons per plant. Did very well even during the hot summer and is vine borer resistant. Seeds can be started indoors 3-4 weeks before your last frost date or direct sow in early spring when ground is warm.

Vine peach melons are best used as a cooking melon in preserves or pies combined with another fruit like apples, pears, peaches or berries for example. When cooked with another fruit, the melon will take on the flavor of the other fruit. Its a great addition to help stretch fruit in recipes. More info can be found online for recipe ideas.
