I am not sure i picked it up at an estate sell. the lady said it had been around for some time. as heavy as it is and as small as it is it reminded me of some antiques i have seen. but the ups helped me to label as vintage and not antique. that is telling you just a big bunch of nothing but thats all i got. lol
