you'll need to haul them outside sometime because they need the help of pollinators to yield fruit - - also, you need to grow 2 trees. papaya are not self-pollinating. if they are happy trees they can reach 30 ft., however you will not get good fruit from them that long.

your 10-ft ceilings will be great if there is tons of light and you don't expect to keep the trees indoors past 7 or 8 feet. or about 3-4 years.
