Motorola Razor phone (used) was Cingular and unlocked to use for TMobile.Uses sim card and im sure it can be converted back to cingular as it still has all applications.I have used it for about a week before i got my new phone.This phone is in mint condition and works great.Has camera and video.Im including the charger and an extra used battery which are good as well,Its great to have a backup power supply....shipping will be FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE "so, dont ask"... oh! to U.S.A. only.. so if youre from another country, try your local electronics store to get this phone.If youre from Anywhere USA,you will receive this phone with accesories mentioned via US Postal.Thanks.I have more phones,if this does well,i will list others.

as i stated in the ad,this phone was a CINGULAR plan before and all i had to do to change it to TMobile was call and ask for an unlock code which they provide at no charge in order to convert it to your subscriber.Im sure you can change it back to CINGULAR if needed or any other service...
