Pretty little dark, blueberry sapphirre, 4mm stone was a gift to me some time ago and was too big in size for me. I believe it is a size 9, but could be a size 10. It is neither gold or silver, no markings, but not tarnished. It is basically costume jewelry, I was told the stone is real, but it may not be. I think it is one if the rings you see in magazines they offer a free sapphire for $4.99 postage and then they offer other pieces at higher prices. It is in a setting that resembles a star and sits up 1/4" above the finger.
