I have only had one person not follow through, but i kept her points and relisted the item and it sold the second time, while i hate that to happen i did get extra points. Thanks for asking

That's how you have to look at it or you'll go crazy! It has happened to me ALOT. If those that don't follow through enjoy giving credits and getting nothing then more power to them! Of course, they can't do it again to me cause I BLOCK 'em!
