I am sorry I haven't gotten back to all comments yet I have been at hospital with my daughter but I think the the ring is a 5 and half or 6 it was a gift but if I am not mistaking if you can find a premier rep if anything happens to it you can get it replaced thru them or you can look up Premier Jewelry online I have done this before and I have tons of their jewelry and so far none of it has turned they have a great quality of jewelry I wear it all time the ring was a gift and it is to small for me plus I have one almost like it so I just have not bothered to trade it
