Description

The listing, Dugan Peach Opalescent 3 Legged Bowl has ended.

This is a beautiful Dugan Bowl made about 100 years ago.
In Opalescent glass it called Paneled Cherry. It was made by Dugan Glass Company. In the Standard Enclopedia Of Carnival Glass 9th Edition, it's value is $250.00. It is a beauty, with no chips, cracks or flea bites. There are some natural wear which is to be expected in a piece this old. I hope it finds a home with someone who will cherish this great, old dish!

All items come from a pet/smoke free home.
I ACCEPT PAYPAL ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO CHANGE.
If you do not contact me within 7 days of the end of auction or if postage payment (if needed) isn’t received within 7 days without contact, I will have to relist the item. I usually have only one of a kind, so you would lose your item and your credits also..
All items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment received if a payment for postage is asked.
A note about postage: As you have noticed if you ship anything, prices are now outrageous. Here, it cost 95 cents for confirmation number. It usually cost between $4.00 - $6.00, to ship a small bubble envelope. So I really need to start charging for postage. I also have to buy bubble wrap and envelopes. None of this is cheap. I will only charge $3.00 for small bubble envelopes, so please know that I am still paying some of the postage. I wish I could ship for free. I love it. I'm truly sorry that I just can't.

Thanks for looking at my auction. Have a blessed and great day!

Thank you so much for clearly explaining terms of selling on Listia. I am going crazy with some of the bidders. Stay consistent with your wording. Everything you say is true. I think sometimes the bidders forget that we are giving away the merchandise, not the shipping.

I have the same book.
I always liked the 3 legged bowls. Never liked the peaches/marigolds/amber/amberinas aka orange ish color spectrum, but I love this pattern and mold so much, I think it will look nice with my collection. (Mostly Peacocks at the Fountain and Peacocks on the Fence Northwood). Thanks for listing this. :)

Your collection sounds awsome. Good luck with the auction. It would be nice to know that one of my treasures was cherished and in such good company as the peacocks!
