Excuse me,but what exactly does "material fee" stand for/mean/represent? Because a confirmation number and/or insurance fee would be plenty enough to guarantee & cover both parties. So I'm just trying to understand the complete cost before I bid because I, too, am disabled and on a fixed income...thanks

material fee covers the cost of ink, paper, tape, envelopes that i have to purchase to ship these items, per listia rules you can charge to cover your expenses. as far as the insurance fee that is in case and item gets broken or lost thru the mail then you can make a claim thru the post office to get your money back. if you give me your zip code i can give you a quote before you bid so you can decide if you want to bid or not.
