Finding it holographic would be impossible since this is a common card. Finding it reverse foil (also called reverse holo), however, is a 1/100 chance compared to 1/20 chance of finding one that is not. There is a very large difference to anyone who collects. Holographics are rare only, and it is only the picture portion which shines. A reverse holo is a reprint of any given card in a set, with the difference being that the card itself is foil.

Sorry about the rant, just getting irritated at people in several auctions posting false information and not knowing what they're talking about (I.E. "Pokemon Saphire is the rarest video game in the world! There are only 30 copies!", "This common card from base set 2 was given out in Nintendo Power and it's worth over $1,000! But you have to know that it come from there to know it's special!", "This caterpie card is worth $30 because my guide from 1998 tells me so!", etc.)

uh sorry, when i collected i never knew the placement of the shiny mattered. i always just distinguished shiny from not shiny.
