This listing is for a Hillbilly Weather Forecaster. The sole purpose of this little guy is to bring a smile to your face.As you read the instructions - you may decide to hang him outside in the weather. Or you might just hang him inside to show him off to your friends and family.
Basicslly some of the note says - if I'm wet it's raining - or if I'm white it's snowing. And if I'm gone - I've been ripped off....etc.
Youll get a kick out of him for sure. Or it could be a special gift for that person "who has everything".
I need to tell you that my home is not totally smoke free and not pet free. But I do not smoke and my pets do not make my items. We all get along very well that way.
