For a 667 Mhz FS Bus. Exact model on the chip is visible on the "view Larger" image.
I don't know the exact timings, though.
It came out of an Acer Aspires A0250D which has an 800 Mhz Bus on the Atom Processor. (which is why it was replaced with a 2 gig PC2-6400 module, it makes the net book very tolerable)
I also tested it in an hp DV 9000 & a Fujitsu Life book, both with Intel chipsets. also used it to test an hp DV 6700 with the AMD Turoon 64x2. It worked fine in all cases.
