Yes, it is perennial. Grows strawberries, but they are on a stick. A fun plant too.

Is it an outside plant, how big does it get, are the berries good for anything (eating, jelly), does it bloom?

Sweet! You and a few other Lystians must have the most spectacular gardens! I hope someday I will have such a amazing assortment in my own garden! I'm working on it! Lol! Thanks, and i don't have a spectacular garden yet, since i moved this past few months, and am just now trying to get my stuff going. I brought some of my stuff with me, and am getting the rest off of Listia, and at bargain places when i find them.
