***After investigating it further it really has a lot more pockets in it too!! It has 3 large sectional pockets with a zipper pocket in one and two credit card/ cell phone pockets in another. Its 100% polyester. It measures 8 and 1/4 tall by 14 and 1/4 wide by 3 and 1/4. and the handles measure 10 and 1/4. Sorry bout that guys....
