Description

The listing, Trial sample of SoapNuts has ended.

What are SoapNuts? SoapNuts are a berry that grows in the Himalayas that naturally produces soap. The soap is called saponin, a natural cleaner that works as a surfactant, breaking the surface tension of the water to penetrate the fibers of your clothing, lifting stains from the fabric and leaving dirt suspended in the water that is rinsed away.
SoapNuts are gentle on both clothes and skin, making them ideal for those with sensitive skin, eczema, allergies and psoriasis. Because they are so mild, they are perfect for baby clothes and cloth diapers. All-Natural SoapNuts are also great for septic and grey water systems. But don’t expect these shells to foam up like commercial soaps, which have artificial foaming agents. Foam simply does not represent cleaning power.
SoapNuts are wild-harvested, meaning they are gathered from wild trees grown without any kind of chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides. The saponin actually tastes bad to insects so no pesticides are needed, and the trees naturally love poor uncultivated soil. They are organically grown by mother earth and certified USDA Organic.

I also have a Facebook page for my business, which is called Rhisponsible Living. This trial size comes with 1 muslin bag and 6 SoapNuts. This sample will last for 4-10 loads of laundry!

The info area posted should tell you most of the info on these. If you win you also receive instructions that come with it. But you would use 3-6 of the soap berries (yes they are berries not nuts, but they look like nuts kind of) in the muslin bag throw it in your wash with laundry after doing a strip of your washing machine. Let the laundry finish and than put wash in dryer. The bag should last 4-10 loads of laundry. This replaces your commercial laundry detergent and no need for fabric softener. These will take care of both.

No these are not the seeds, the seeds are removed from the berries before they are shipped. I do sell the seeds to though.

Yes they could grow in CA. Here is the link to my page https://www.facebook.com/RhisponsibleLiving In my "notes" area there is a doc about the seeds, that tells you how to grow them and more about it.
