I think so according to my friend I signed up back in 2018. He told me he couldn't bid on gift cards because he didn't sell enough. Good luck and welcome to listia.

i am not new lol i have been on lisita since 2011 lol so yeah i know the rules and stuff i just didnt know if it was for gift cards being sold by lisita or sellers? ok... well i wish that wasnt a rule cuz man i want gift cards so bad but i cant sell on here, i dont have the money or anything to ship stuff to ppl :( so i'm just a buyer

Well you can do surveys for gift cards which is free to do. Just you have to be patient. That's how I get gift cards most of the time.

I get most of these gift cards on Swagbucks, Instagc and sometimes Product Report Card. Product Report Card pays you even if you get disqualified from a survey. Hideout TV is another one. I use them to redeem points on instagc You can also get a little bit of money if you link your unique rewards account.
