This auction is for one Like New Bumbo Seat with the Safety Child Restraint Belt. These seats are incredibly nice to have, they help your baby sit up right. This was wonderful for my son, but he has now out grown it. Please do not ask for me to lower the days or for a GIN option. I'm listing it for 10 days so everyone who is interested will get the chance to bid.

Not trying to hurt auction but i heard on news they was doing recalls on some of this may not be this one but would consider looking for childs safety:)

The seats did get recalled and you had to go to their website to sign up to receive the child safety restraint belt and install it. Which I have done, so the seat is perfectly safe.

No it does not come with the tray, you can purchase one from Wal-Mart for around $10.
