This T-Shirt I think is from Despicable Me. My daughter bought it and it didn't fit her. It is a Womens; Possibly a Juniors. Has not been worn, only tried on.

Sorry; but I am unable to do free shipping right now. As I am unemployed and my unemployment has ran out. I ship using Flat Rate; because I ship from my house. And with that I get confirmation numbers.
I will ship items the next day once I receive the payment for shipping. I DO NOT EXCEPT PAYPAL.
