The listing, Chinese Character Post Ear Rings has ended.

These are very pretty little post ear rings I bought years ago in China Town. I have no clue what the characters mean. They look like Ivory, but honestly, If they are real Ivory, I don't know. Unfortunately, I could not catch their beauty with my camera. I tried in different lights and locations, but it just wouldn't come across for me. Sorry.

No, they are not. That's the way I bought them brand new from the shop. I'm sure they mean something together, like love and peace, or truth and prosperity or something, I just cannot remember.

I just measured them. They are 1/2" long and 3/8" wide.

they are most likely carved shell i used to have a par that were simmilar in 2 symbols for "fortune"
