Description
The listing, Original The Beatles Book Vintage GIN bonus has ended.
This is an Original "The Beatles Book" from 1964. This is NOT a copy or re-make. It is in AMAZING condition. The "triple-sized, autographed picture" is still attached inside the book. There are absolutely no rips, tears or water spots. It is discolored from age (it is nearly 50 years old) the corners of the covers are ever so slightly worn and there is a small crease at the bottom left of the cover (about 1 inch) but it is not a deep crease. The binding is very tight, it is like this book has never even been opened!! Here is a link to the same book but the book in the link is in MUCH WORSE condition than this one!!
If you have any questions please ask BEFORE bidding. All Listia rules apply. If GIN is used I will include a free surprise gift. Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
Questions & Comments
Quite a score, starlame.... I know it is just a little belated, but welcome to Listia.... I'm not remembering greeting you, offering you my ceremonial welcome, before..... hey, all the more Oregonians, the better, as far as I'm concerned. I wish you the best.... even though this listing has made me feel very, very, very, very old. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You are so very right! "Old," is relative, "Age," is a fact, yet it is only a chronological benchmark. It is ignorantly, narrow-mindedly and foolishly used as an identifier. Just as gender, race, religion, or sexual-orientation are used as individual identifiers, they do not rightly define the individual. That is dependent on the individual journey and what that person absorbs and acquires along the way that makes them unique. The intrinsic-self is what is challenged, falls in love and weeps. It is that which creates art, appreciating and contributing to our culture. Grandma Moses was well into her 80's before she had her first art show. She was a prolific and world renown artist. Yes, "old" is relative, "age," a marker, but smiles are universal and eternal....... thanks for the gift, I am returning it and plan to pass it on.
