This was used once on my old Laptop, but since then have gotten a new Laptop so this is no longer needed, COMES WITH RECEIPT, BOX, SOFTWARE AND CORD, everything that I got when I bought it, It still has the protective plastic on the top of it. Bought this on May 8th, 2010 for $67.99 plus tax at Best Buy
