The listing, Jerusalem Artichoke - Beaver Valley Purple has ended.

I am offering 2 oz of seed tubers. The size ranges from ~1cm - >1". You may receive just 1-2 tubers, or, it may be 10+ depending on what I find when I dig. The will be shipped with some dirt on them. If planting, please don't wash them. The symbionts in the soil will help them thrive in their new home. They'll be dug the same day I ship them, and, wrapped in damp paper towels before being placed in a ventilated plastic bag.
