This is a new without tags Leg Avenue PVC Vinyl mini skirt. Size Medium. Super sexy black material with sides that lace up. The pix don't do it justice. Anyone familiar with PVC knows it's difficult to take a pic of it since it is such a shiny. slick material. I will try to take some more pix of it.

The length is 15 inches and the waist is 26 inches around.

slightly but its not elastic. its the fabric that slightly stretches but not a lot.
