They are already packed up so I can't measure them put I would call them "normal" as when I bought them they were not sized under petite or long. I bought them as pants to a 2x slack suit and I'm keeping the jacket as I wear it with a skirt that I have. I am 5'4 and I wore them with a 2 inch heel so that they wouldn't touch the floor. Hope this helps. :)
