There's plastic over fabric feeling stuff. Not sure what material. The only tag on it only says Sally Beauty Supply. I'll post a pic of the other side.

this would be great when I do my daughter and husbands hair. at least I would have a place to put my cutting tools, and combs, gloves, and whatever else I would need for a works hair cut and color.
