Vintage J.G. Hook dress is in mint condition. Bold royal blue anchor motif on chest. Royal blue piping around neckline and sleeves. Comes with matching royal blue tie.

this is super cute:-) I know it says no stains but I'm just wanting yo make sure it also is very white? got something I won the other day that was supposed to be white & actually was so not white.. looked as though its been washed many times with something black:-( in picture it looked as white as can be..
which is why I'm asking :-)

Hi, thanks for asking. I'm sorry you had an unpleasant transaction before. I think the sellers all try to be as accurate with the descriptions here, and sometimes it's not quite what the buyer perceives, or sometimes accidents happen. I just checked the dress out again, and to me, it is white, and I cannot see any stains whatsoever. I hope this eases your mind, and please feel free to communicate with me if you win and receive this item and you find something not quite right with it. :)

ty so much :-) I'm really not picky...but that top she seny was very ugly dyed black tint & I was so bummed. really I'm not picky tho...I can handle some small spots or anything like that as long as it doesn't ruin the look cuz its all over the top oR dress or whatever...

Im really hesitant..I love the look, but i am afraid it might not be flattering on..Is it like a cheap feeling fabric? What year do you think this was from, since it says vintage?

The fabric didn't feel cheap when I wore it. I really don't know exactly when it was made, since I got this dress on Listia, and that auction said it was vintage. Thanks for asking, though.
