The tag says OSFM (one size fits most) / NB..I measured it, and lying flat, unstretched, it is 6 inches. So the circumference is 12" NOT stretched out. It is 96% cotton, 4% spandex, and it IS stretchy. The height is 6" as well, but it doesn't really stretch too much vertically.
