In mailing I do the very next day you win . Unless it's a Sunday they I place in my outgoing box to be picked on Monday. If, it`s a holiday, then they will be picked up next time the mail run.
On my sending out, they are sent with a Forever stamp. Which I do tell you this, and also no tracking number.

Everyone should know by now it can take up to 3 weeks or longer with our mail system before you get your winning item from me.
