The listing, Girl Themed Diaper Cake has ended.

Diaper Cake-40 dollars of stuff included. Items are 2 teething rings, 2 pacifiers, travel size baby powder, lotion, oil and desitin, giraffe squeaking baby toy, 5 washcloths, nail clippers, brush, and comb.

It comes with 35+ Size 1 diapers. In addition to those diapers, the bottom tier has six size 4 diapers in the inner base.

I make these cakes. They would have to take a big box to ship. And understand the money into them. They are worth more 400 credits. That's why I was afraid to put one on here.
