I was wondering, do these come in sterile packs?

They are new. They have never been used. No they are not in sterile packages. They are sold just like body jewelery in tattoo shops, or at the mall. I mail them in zip lock bags. Before you put them in all you have to do is wash them with antibacterial soap. This cleans them.
