Number 1, You MUST be Listia Verified and have a valid address for me to send your winnings to. 2, once you provide your address, I will send you the item via USPS within a 48hr time frame and (in some of my auctions) provide you with a tracking number. 3, I DON'T do buyer's remose or exchanges.
