OK Folks! This is the REAL DEAL here! I have up for grabs this NEW used only 1 month UNLOCKED T Mobile/Att SIDE KICK LX cell phone. EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION. My oldest daughter(20 years old) used this phone with a sims card from her carrier and she loved it however she has another phone she likes better and uses instead. To get this phone going all u have to do is add ur own sim card.*pics shows "emergency calls only" only bc it does not have a sim card currently in it. I did my best at taking all the pics I could, however if I am missing anything PLEASE ASK This auction is for the phone, its original box(s), charger, ear phones (never used), replacement ear buds, usb cord, all books and manuals AND the welcome cd (never opened). I would keep this phone for my own personal use but it has too many features for my liking. I am NOT a cell phone expert so I have included 2 links for your connivance to possibly answer questions you may have that I may not have the answer to. These links seem to cover all the pros and cons on this particular make/model of this phone.

UPDATE the side of the box (as pictured above) says "3G Enabled" that being said I believe means it DOES support the internet. I am not a cell phone expert, in fact I am actually looking for myself a cell phone on here because this one is just too advanced for me (sad to say but true) anything above a black berry it just more options then i need :0) thank you!

it is unlocked, can be used on either...I have 2 of these phones, this one we put a tmobile prepaid sim in it and worked great, the other one we have an att prepaid sim in it and it works great as well :0) thank you for asking :0) I had all that covered in the description originally but I was over my listia allotted word amount so had to edit some info out.

No worries, not offend at all by your question and happy to answer esp this question bc I have been going insane trying to learn the best cheapest shipping estimations with out knowing where the package may be shipped....Anyways I figured this as a flat rate medium priority box that actually cost $10.85, so I am out of pocket putting in the .85cents, HOWEVER I ALWAYS work with the winners of my auctions on shipping, if you have a better and cheaper idea, then I do that...just so ling as winner understands that their better cheaper shipping method may not have the same securities as the priority does, like tracking ect.

more about shipping....this phone has its original box, so its not just the phone and accessories I am shipping its box and all....box size is 6.5 Length X 6.5Width X 3 height....weights maybe 1- 2lbs...with that said, I COULD wrap it in brown paper and ship it parcel post and depending on the zone the winner lives in could cost upwards to $9.62...but this does NOT include any kind of safety or security I feel this item would need to make it safely to the winner. I have seen packages arrive to me with 90% of the paper ripped off in the usps mailing system...I have heard horror stories about ppl not getting the item that the sellers have shipped because of un honest ppl that work in the usps....just sayin :0) I Do NOT want my seller reputation be bad bc of a dishonest mail employee.
