used but in good condition. they were given to me so dont know how used. my son only wore the bear one.

any piling of the fabric (from being washed or worn)? Also any flaws?

no the hats are in pretty good condition. they were given to me but they dont really look like they were really worn. i did notice though that one has a slight stain on the back of it. hope this helps and if i can fit more in the package i have more i can throw in. thanks for the interest
