Rubber style band. Face 1 in with fun sparklies around it. Battery still works. Few scratches on the face. Well loved, but 'time ' for new owner to enjoy. Hairfoos just for fun;)

none of sparklies are missing- sort of looks like it in photo-all are there- quarter is there just for comparision to size-
