I think these are really cute and would like to win 3 of them but at 6 weeks which is 42 days you are at the limit at which Listia wil allow a dispute to be filed and there is no way to get a refund after 45 days as the auction is closed. How can that be rectified?

I stand by my word. If it goes passed the delivery time frame. I will most definitely get you a refund. Please check my reviews. My items always arrive. Anyone who has worked with me thus far can verify. If for some reason the refund become unallowable. I would either contact listia and have them issue a refund manually. Or I would have the buyer set up a faux auction exactly for the amount that needs refunded and I would then purchase that auction and the buyer (you) would get those credits back.
