This is a 1956 printing of Meta Given's popular Encyclopedia of Cooking, vol I. "A modern cookbook, complete in every detail, brings the latest developments in home economics into your kitchen for a simpler, better and richer life." - Revised Edition, Volume One. In excellent shape! Binding is strong, pages are slightly aged but are all there and are intact. Lots of illustrations, color and black and white.
I have the second volume at auction, also. This book is heavy - about 2 lbs. so it will be sent Media Mail. Shipping for one will be $3 - get the other and I will combine them to make it $5 shipping. Please ask questions before bidding.
