I wanted to know the condition of the wallet, are there any stains or tears? does it close tight etc,

Closure -- closes as tight as it can get, and latches down so it won't open
Stains -- theres signs of use but I'm pretty sure it could be cleaned.. where finger goes and two corners.. but very lightly.
damges -- there is two places for picture ID, on one of them the clear piece has came apart from the top of the fabric, could be fixed i'm sure. but it's not bad, just needs some glue.
